Mark has been grooming my two maltipoo babies for the past two years. One of them is a senior who has been banned from previous groomers, due to his anxiety and tendency to bite other unskilled groomers. Mark came in and understood his needs. The results were amazing. What a treat for us and our dogs! Mark is so considerate and caring. His primary focus was the dogs’ comfort. And he did an amazing job grooming our little boy and girl. I really love how he buffed their nails so they weren’t scratchy at all. We have definitely become regular customers!
Mark at Principled Pooch was a pleasure to work with. He arrived on time, we discussed exactly what he would be doing with each of our two dogs, and he then took each dog, one at a time, to his mobile grooming van. He did a great job with each of them.
