Scheduled our first appointment with Mark this past weekend and we are nothing but pleased with his amazing doggy skills 🙂

For starters, he arrived right on time and was very informative with the process from start to finish from our Shorkie puppy’s (Luna) first full groom, providing suggestions and timelines to how long services would take, to our feisty yet nervous 12 year old Chihuahua mix (Zully) nail trim! You can definitely tell this is Mark’s passion between his knowledge and hands on cool, calm and collective doggy skills!

Needless to say, we had an excellent first experience between customer service and quality work and definitely look forward to booking again!

I can’t say enough great things about Mark! I have two Cane Corsos and was honestly blown away by how amazing the experience was. He arrived right on time, was incredibly professional, and his pricing was more than reasonable. Especially for the quality of work he provides.

He was so patient, confident, and gentle with both of my dogs, and they immediately took to him (which says a lot!). They looked fantastic when he was done, and it was clear he truly cares about the animals he works with.

If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy groomer, especially for large breeds, I highly recommend him. We will absolutely be booking again!

Mark has been grooming my two maltipoo babies for the past two years. One of them is a senior who has been banned from previous groomers, due to his anxiety and tendency to bite other unskilled groomers. Mark came in and understood his needs. The results were amazing. Mark is truly a dog whisperer.

My husband and I were looking around for a dog groomer as we just got a poodle mix puppy and his hair was getting really long. We looked around for a while and kept finding groomers that just didn’t do a great job. We wanted someone calm, kind, patient, gentle, and highly skilled. Mark truly delivered.

Mark’s mobile space is cutting edge. Super clean, beautiful and state of the art. Mark himself is so calm and skilled. Yams (our puppy) is usually really wild since he is still so young but he was instantly calm with Mark. Because he’s a puppy we were not sure if the full groom would be possible but because Mark has such a calming effect on dogs and is so talented the full groom got done with ease.

Yams looked so handsome, Mark really executed our vision, but most of all made our sweet boy feel calm and safe. He will be our groomer for life. I cannot recommend Mark and Principled Pooch enough!

The Principle Pooch groomers are the best. My Yorkie Toby is very anxious about grooming and Principle Pooch was so patient with him. They went slowly, spending extra time with him to ensure that he was comfortable and calm as they proceeded. I also appreciated that they went over everything with me before beginning, including the process, the cost and answers to any questions I had. The result of Toby’s grooming was better than I expected. He looked so cute! They deserve a 5 star review.

What a treat for us and our dogs! Mark is so considerate and caring. His primary focus was the dogs’ comfort. And he did an amazing job grooming our little boy and girl. I really love how he buffed their nails so they weren’t scratchy at all. We have definitely become regular customers!

Mark at Principled Pooch was a pleasure to work with. He arrived on time, we discussed exactly what he would be doing with each of our two dogs, and he then took each dog, one at a time, to his mobile grooming van. He did a great job with each of them.
